Allegiance Bank Names Kevin J. Gallagher
        Executive Vice President

                  Allegiance Bank of North America (OTC BB: ABPA) has appointed
                   Kevin J. Gallagher Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, effective
                  immediately. Since 2006, he has been serving as Senior Vice President
                and Chief Lending Officer of the organization.

           Prior to joining Allegiance, Gallagher was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Continental Bank, where he was a key member of senior management from the start-up in 2005 and responsible for the origination and administration of commercial and consumer lending. Over his extensive career, Gallagher has also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of First Penn Bank, President and CEO of Sun National Bank (PA), and Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Republic Bank. He has also held lending positions with Fidelity Bank and Industrial Valley Bank.

Gallagher earned a B.A. degree from Temple University and has completed various post-graduate business courses at Temple University, Holy Family University, and Arcadia University. He is a board member of the IHM Literacy Group. He is a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, as well as Robert Morris Associates. He is a long-time member of the Jenkintown Music Theatre, as well as a board member for the Willow Manor Players. Gallagher and his family reside in North Wales, PA.
